Why I Read Ann’s Blog

Personally I read Ann’s blog because of all the helpful tips and advice for taking care of my skin. Ann is well educated and bases her advice on science.

I grew up as a farmer’s daughter. I have spent my entire childhood and teenage years in the sun helping on the farm. I was not a “girly-girl” so I did not spend time with cosmetics or skin creams. My skin has suffered from that abuse.

Now at 58 years old my skin is weathered and a lot like leather. I need all the help I can get! 🙂 I find that help on Ann’s blog!

What I Get From Ann’s Blog

Basically I just answered that question! I get honest, solid advice from Ann’s blog!

I see the results that Ann herself has gotten from the techniques and products that she recommends. I trust her advice.

Old and young alike, it’s never too soon or too late to start taking care of our skin!

I urge you to check out Ann’s blog and see what you find there!!!

Introducing Ann Ramark

Now that I have told you why I enjoy Ann’s blog and why I recommend it, let’s get to know more about Ann and why she blogs.

As with all of my featured bloggers in the Spotlight Series, I ask the participating bloggers a few questions about themselves and their blog.

Then I post the questions here along with their answers in their own words. So let’s hear from Ann!!

Q. TELL US ABOUT YOURSELF:

Ann: “I am a 40-year-old nutritionist and skin nerd. Who loves to share all the tips that are making my skin look younger and healthier.”

Q: TELL US ABOUT YOUR BLOG:

Ann: “My blog is about skincare and natural anti-aging methods. Only science-based advice, that I follow myself. (And no botox, fillers or plastic surgery) I advocate natural beauty with a healthy skin and body from within.”

Q: WHY DID YOU START AND/OR CONTINUE TO BLOG?

Ann: “I started the blog since I always get tons of questions from people I meet. About how I can look so young and what I do to have such smooth skin. I also happen to love this subject and have specialized in skin health from a science perspective. So I keep learning every day and love to share it. Another reason why I started my blog is that I’ve seen such an increasing usage of botox and fillers which makes me really sad. These treatments are not just expensive. But they also come with risks, and can actually age your skin faster. And there so many better ways to treat your skin naturally and long term. Methods that actually turn back the clock and not just try to disguise it with cosmetic injections.”

Q: WHO OR WHAT INSPIRES YOU?

Ann: “My own results inspire me to spread the word and knowledge. But too, from my readers how much my advice helps them inspires me, even more, to keep building my blog with articles about skin health and anti-aging.”
